Part One: The FC 25 Fantasy FC Upgrade Tracker

What Is Fantasy FC in EA FC 25?

Fantasy FC is one of the most exciting promos in EA FC 25 Ultimate Team. Players can earn or purchase special Fantasy FC cards that have the potential to be upgraded based on real-life performances — boosts to overall ratings, key stats, and even new Playstyle+ traits. Because these cards evolve dynamically throughout the promo window, they can go from solid squad options to elite match-winners depending on how your chosen players perform on the real football pitch.

The Fantasy FC Upgrade Tracker is the in-game tool that lets you monitor this progress in real time — so you always know how close your players are to their next upgrade and can plan your squad around those improvements.

How Does the Fantasy FC Upgrade Tracker Work?

The tracker operates on a milestone system tied directly to real-world performances. Here is the step-by-step process:

• Player Selection: Choose Fantasy FC players from the promo squad. Each card starts at a base rating with the potential to earn one or more upgrades during the promo window.
• Real-World Performance Tracking: Upgrades are unlocked by real-life achievements — goals scored, clean sheets kept, assists registered, or team results depending on the player's position and role.
• Upgrade Milestones: Each player has specific milestone targets displayed in the tracker. Once a milestone is reached, the upgrade triggers automatically — no manual action required.
• Automatic Card Boosts: Once a milestone is hit, your player card receives an automatic boost in their stats, overall rating, or Playstyle+ traits. The card in your club updates immediately.

Key Features of the Fantasy FC Upgrade Tracker

• Real-Time Updates: The tracker refreshes in real time, showing your players' progress as real-world matches are played. You will always know exactly where each player stands against their milestone targets.
• Milestone Display: Each Fantasy FC player's specific upgrade conditions are shown clearly in the tracker — goals needed, clean sheets remaining, or results required — so you can forecast which players are most likely to upgrade next.
• In-Game Notifications: EA FC 25 sends in-game notifications the moment a player earns an upgrade, ensuring you never miss a boost to your squad.
• Before and After Comparison: The tracker lets you view your Fantasy FC players' stats before and after each upgrade, so you can clearly see the impact on their attributes and decide how they fit into your evolving squad.

How to Access and Use the Fantasy FC Upgrade Tracker

• Access: Navigate to Ultimate Team → Promos → Fantasy FC. You can also access the tracker directly from your squad screen by selecting any Fantasy FC player card in your club.
• Select the Right Players: Prioritise Fantasy FC players from teams with favourable upcoming fixtures and players who perform consistently in their real-world league. A striker on a team in a goal-scoring run is a more reliable upgrade candidate than one whose team is struggling.
• Monitor Milestones Regularly: Check the tracker at least once per real-world matchday. Performances update after official fixture completion, so checking after each round of games gives you the most current picture.
• Build Your Squad Around Upgrades: If a player in your starting XI is one match away from an upgrade, plan your transfers and SBCs around that timeline — do not sell a card that is about to become significantly more valuable.

Top Fantasy FC Players to Track in EA FC 25

These are the Fantasy FC players with the highest upgrade potential based on their real-world form and fixture list:

Erling Haaland (Manchester City) — ST

Upgrade Conditions: Goals scored and team wins.
Why Track Him: Haaland's scoring rate makes him one of the most consistent upgrade candidates in the game. In a favourable fixture window, he can trigger multiple milestones in a single gameweek, making him a premium pick for any Fantasy FC investment.

Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool) — CB

Upgrade Conditions: Clean sheets and team wins.
Why Track Him: Van Dijk is a defensive anchor, and Liverpool's strong defensive record significantly increases the likelihood of clean sheet milestones being triggered consistently throughout the promo window.

Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City) — CAM

Upgrade Conditions: Assists and team wins.
Why Track Him: De Bruyne's creativity and passing output make him one of the most consistent assist providers in world football. His Fantasy FC card is among the safest investments for players who want reliable upgrade progress.

Kylian Mbappé (Real Madrid) — LW

Upgrade Conditions: Goals scored and team wins.
Why Track Him: Mbappé's pace and finishing give him one of the highest floors for goal-scoring milestones of any Fantasy FC card. His consistent output in La Liga makes him a strong pick for multiple upgrades before the promo closes.

Alphonso Davies (Bayern Munich) — LB

Upgrade Conditions: Clean sheets and assists.
Why Track Him: Davies offers a rare combination of defensive and attacking upgrade conditions, meaning multiple upgrade paths are open simultaneously. His attacking contribution from left-back gives him assist opportunities that most defensive Fantasy FC options simply do not have.

Tips for Maximising Fantasy FC Upgrades

• Focus on Consistent Performers: Choose players from teams with strong recent form and favourable upcoming fixtures — consistency over a two-to-three week window matters more than one exceptional performance.
• Diversify Across Positions: Selecting Fantasy FC players across multiple positions means you have active upgrade milestones running simultaneously, maximising the chances of at least one upgrade triggering every gameweek.
• Check Fixture Calendars: Before selecting your Fantasy FC picks, cross-reference your chosen players' real-world fixtures for the promo window. Teams playing two games in one gameweek double your upgrade opportunities.
• Check the Tracker After Every Matchday: Make the tracker part of your daily FC 25 routine during the Fantasy FC promo — tracking progress in real time lets you make informed squad decisions before the next round of real-world fixtures.

Fantasy FC Upgrade Tracker — Frequently Asked Questions

How do I access the Fantasy FC Upgrade Tracker?

The tracker is available in the Ultimate Team menu under the Promos section. You can also access it directly from your squad screen by selecting any active Fantasy FC player card in your club.

Can I earn upgrades for multiple players at the same time?

Yes. The tracker monitors all your active Fantasy FC players simultaneously. Upgrades trigger independently for each player as they reach their respective milestones, so you can have multiple cards upgrading within the same matchday.

What happens if a player does not hit their upgrade milestones before the promo ends?

If a player does not reach a milestone before the Fantasy FC promo window closes, their card remains at its current rating and stats. The card stays usable in your squad, but no further upgrade opportunities will be available for that specific promo card after the event ends.

Part Two: FC 25 Serie A TOTS Predictions

While Fantasy FC upgrades reward real-world performance over a promo window, the Serie A Team of the Season is the definitive honour for the league's best performers across the entire campaign. The FC 25 Serie A TOTS is set to be one of the most competitive in recent years, with Inter Milan and Napoli locked in a fierce title race that has produced several world-class individual performances worthy of recognition.

Predicted FC 25 Serie A TOTS Starting XI

• GK: Mile Svilar (Roma) — 75 OVR → 92 OVR: Roma's defensive solidity has been built around Svilar's performances. With 15 clean sheets — the most in Serie A — and the third-highest saves tally in the division, the Serbian goalkeeper is a deserving inclusion and offers strong value as a budget option in the TOTS goalkeeper bracket.
• RB: Denzel Dumfries (Inter Milan) — 82 OVR → 94 OVR: Dumfries has been a constant attacking force from right wing-back, contributing 6 goals and 2 assists while maintaining a high defensive work rate. His pace and crossing output make him one of the most dangerous fullbacks in the predicted XI.
• CB: Alessandro Bastoni (Inter Milan) — 87 OVR → 95 OVR: Bastoni is the heart of Inter's defensive structure, combining elite ball-playing ability with consistent defensive solidity. His individual performances have been outstanding regardless of Inter's collective defensive record, earning him one of the two centre-back spots.
• CB: Alessandro Buongiorno (Napoli) — 80 OVR → 94 OVR: Napoli's best defensive record in Serie A — just 25 goals conceded — has been built largely around Buongiorno. His reading of the game and aerial dominance make him the standout centre-back for Napoli's title charge, and his TOTS card will reflect a significant upgrade from his base rating.
• LB: Federico Dimarco (Inter Milan) — 84 OVR → 95 OVR: Dimarco is more of a left winger who starts at fullback than a traditional defender, and his 4 goals and 7 assists this season illustrate why. His crossing quality and set-piece delivery make him one of the most dangerous wide players in the league regardless of position.
• RM: Christian Pulisic (AC Milan) — 83 OVR → 92 OVR: Pulisic has been one of Serie A's outstanding wide performers this season with 10 goals and 8 assists, thriving despite Milan's inconsistent campaign. His TOTS card represents a major upgrade in pace and dribbling to match his real-world form.
• CM: Nicolò Barella (Inter Milan) — 87 OVR → 94 OVR: Barella remains the most complete midfielder in Serie A — 3 goals and 6 assists do not fully capture his influence on Inter's play. His energy, passing range, and leadership make him indispensable, and his TOTS card will be one of the most sought-after midfielders in FC 25.
• CAM: Ademola Lookman (Atalanta) — 82 OVR → 93 OVR: Lookman has been exceptional, scoring 14 goals while playing as the creative hub behind Atalanta's striker. His versatility, flair, and consistent goal contributions from a deeper attacking position earn him a well-deserved TOTS spot.
• RM: Riccardo Orsolini (Bologna) — 81 OVR → 92 OVR: Bologna's European push has been one of the season's best stories, and Orsolini's 12 goals from the right have been central to it. His dribbling and finishing make him a nightmare for defenders and a strong value pick in the TOTS pool.
• ST: Mateo Retegui (Atalanta) — 76 OVR → 95 OVR: The Golden Boot winner with 24 goals has been the most prolific striker in Serie A this season. Retegui's movement, positioning, and finishing have put Europe's top clubs on alert — his TOTS card will represent a massive upgrade from his base and is predicted to be one of FC 25's most-used forwards.
• ST: Moise Kean (Fiorentina) — 78 OVR → 92 OVR: After years of unfulfilled promise, Kean has produced the best season of his career with 17 goals — second in the Serie A scoring charts. His resurgence is one of the most compelling individual stories of the campaign and earns him a richly deserved TOTS inclusion.

FC 25 Serie A TOTS Subs and Moments Predictions

• RB: Giovanni Di Lorenzo (Napoli) — 82 OVR → 92 OVR: A consistent defensive rock with 3 goals and 2 assists, Di Lorenzo has been vital to Napoli's title challenge and earns a place among the substitutes for his reliability throughout the campaign.
• CM: André-Frank Zambo Anguissa (Napoli) — 80 OVR → 93 OVR: A genuinely complete midfielder — 6 goals and 4 assists while dominating defensively. Anguissa has been Napoli's midfield engine and deserves recognition for a breakout Serie A season.
• CM: Scott McTominay (Napoli) — 78 OVR → 92 OVR: The Scottish powerhouse has been a revelation since joining Napoli, contributing 11 goals in crucial moments. One of the season's most surprising individual success stories and a strong TOTS sub pick.
• ST: Romelu Lukaku (Napoli) — 82 OVR → 92 OVR: Serie A's assist leader with 10 to his name, alongside 12 goals. Lukaku's physicality, hold-up play, and ability to bring teammates into scoring positions remain elite and justify a TOTS sub inclusion.
• CAM: Nico Paz (Como) — 69 OVR → 91 OVR (Newcomer of the Year): The Argentine wonderkid has been Como's standout performer and one of the season's most exciting young players, contributing 6 goals and 6 assists. His base rating makes his predicted TOTS upgrade one of the most dramatic in the pool.
• CM: Tijjani Reijnders (AC Milan) — 82 OVR → 92 OVR: With 10 goals and 4 assists in a difficult season for Milan, Reijnders has been their most consistent and influential midfielder. A deserving sub inclusion in the predicted TOTS squad.
• ST: Lautaro Martínez (Inter Milan) — 89 OVR → 95 OVR (Moments Card): Despite a difficult start to the season, Lautaro has contributed 12 goals and 3 assists in the second half of the campaign. A dedicated Moments card capturing his best form is the most likely vehicle for his TOTS recognition in FC 25.

How to Prepare for the Serie A TOTS Release

• Build your fodder pool now: TOTS SBCs arrive alongside the squad releases and can be expensive. Accumulate 85 to 87-rated fodder cards in advance to avoid paying inflated market prices when demand spikes at release.
• Target Serie A chemistry links: Players from Italian clubs will frequently appear as chemistry conditions in TOTS SBCs. Holding a stock of Serie A cards at the required ratings gives you a significant cost advantage over players who have to buy from a peak market.
• Complete value SBCs ahead of release: The 85x10 and 83x10 player picks, Marquee Matchups, and daily upgrade SBCs all provide steady fodder. Running these consistently in the lead-up to the TOTS release builds a reserve that reduces your net coin spend significantly.
• Monitor the transfer market in the days before: TOTS releases typically cause high-rated player prices to drop as the community liquidates squads for fodder. Buying target players one to two days before the TOTS drops can yield strong savings compared to waiting until the release is live.
