What Is Playtime Tracking in EA SPORTS FC?
Playtime Tracking is a setting that lets EA record your in-game activity, such as time spent playing and matches completed. It also helps you keep a personal record of your own gaming activity over time.
What Does Playtime Tracking Record?
- Total Time Spent — how long you've spent playing.
- Matches Played — the number of matches recorded.
- Weekly Limits — optional limits you can set for yourself, where available.
How to Enable Playtime Tracking on Console or PC
- 1
Open EA SPORTS FC.
- 2
Go to Settings → Online Settings → Privacy Settings.
- 3
Turn on "Share Playtime Usage Data."
Alternative: In Ultimate Team, go to Club → Settings → Playtime and enable it there instead.

- 1
Log in to the EA SPORTS FC Web App or Companion App.
- 2
Go to Settings → Playtime.

How to Check Your Playtime Stats
On console or PC, you'll see your Playtime information inside the game itself. On the Web App or Companion App, you can view more detail:

| Weekly Limits | Optional playtime limits, where available |
How Playtime Tracking Relates to Transfer Market Access
EA can take account activity into consideration, including Playtime data, as part of how it evaluates access to certain Ultimate Team features such as the Transfer Market on the Web App and Companion App. Enabling Playtime Tracking and playing matches allows this activity to be recorded — but it isn't a guarantee of immediate or automatic Transfer Market access, and EA doesn't publish an exact timeline for when access is granted. Enabling the setting simply ensures your genuine activity is being tracked accurately.
What to Do If Playtime Is Not Updating
- Confirm Playtime Tracking is actually enabled on the platform you're checking.
- Restart the game or app.
- Log out and log back in.
- Double-check you're signed into the correct EA Account.
- Allow some time for activity to sync before checking again.
- Play a match or two, then recheck your stats.
