1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website www.mrgeek.net (the “Website”) and the services provided by Space Digital FZE (“MrGeek”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By accessing, browsing, registering an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

The Website provides access to digital services and content related to gaming, including without limitation in-game currencies, top-ups, gift cards, and account boosting (collectively, “Products”). We are not the creators or publishers of the games or platforms to which these Products relate. All games, brands, and in-game items are the property of their respective developers and publishers (“Developers”). Your purchase and use of Products may also be subject to the Developers’ terms, rules, and end-user licence agreements (EULAs), which you are solely responsible for complying with.

The Website also hosts blogs, tutorials, and news articles related to gaming (the “Blog Content”). Blog Content is provided for general information and entertainment only; it is not official guidance from any publisher nor professional advice. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Any reliance is at your own risk.

We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.

Singular includes plural and vice versa where the context requires.

3. Use of MrGeek

3.1 Registration & Access

You may purchase with or without creating an Account. Registration can be by email/password or via supported social logins (e.g., Google, Apple, Facebook, Twitch). By using social logins, you authorize us to receive certain information from the provider as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not store your third-party login credentials. You confirm you have legal capacity to contract and, where required by your local law, consent of a parent/guardian if you are under the age of majority.

3.2 Permitted Use

The Website and Products are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, download, resell, or otherwise exploit Website content or Products for commercial purposes.

3.3 Communications

By providing contact details (e.g., email, social account), you agree we may contact you about orders, account activity, and service announcements. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and may be opted out at any time.

3.4 Nature of Services (summary)

All Products are digital goods or services. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any game developer or publisher. All rights remain with their respective owners. A fuller statement appears in Section 12 (Intellectual Property).

3.5 Language Versions

The Website may be available in multiple languages for convenience. Translations may contain inaccuracies. In the event of discrepancies, the English version of these Terms prevails (see Section 17.3).

3.6 Reviews & User Content

Users may leave reviews after transactions. We may remove or edit content that is spam, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

4. Products & Services

Product categories are organized by game title and may include coins, gold, items, gift cards, subscriptions, and account-related services. Some Products are fixed packages; others allow custom amounts via sliders or input forms.

Certain Products require an in-game ID or other account data. In some cases, temporary login details may be required to fulfil the order. We use such information only to deliver the Product and do not retain sensitive data (e.g., passwords) beyond what is technically necessary for fulfilment. Transmissions are encrypted and handled securely per our Privacy Policy.

Images/videos on Product pages are illustrative and may not represent actual gameplay or outcomes. We do not provide updates or upgrades to any third-party content; such matters are controlled by the relevant Developer.

5. Ordering & Payments

5.1 Placing an Order

Select a game category, choose a Product and options, provide any required in-game ID/username/account details, and pay directly on the Product page (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal) or proceed to checkout.

5.2 Checkout

Clicking “Secure Payment” confirms your order and acceptance of these Terms and our data protection practices.

5.3 Payment, Confirmation & Order Acceptance

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, TAP, Ziina, Paymentwall). When payment is authorized, you are redirected to the delivery page. If payment is rejected or cancelled, the order is not processed. A binding contract forms when your payment is completed and the order is accepted; an order confirmation is sent to your email.

5.4 Post-Payment Verification (Anti-Fraud)

We may, at our discretion, temporarily suspend processing and request additional information (e.g., proof of identity or authorization) to verify an order after payment. If verification is not completed within a reasonable time or fails, we may cancel the order and issue a refund. Verification may cause delays.

5.5 Delivery Process (handover)

After successful payment, you will be prompted to provide any remaining account or in-game information required. Our system validates the data, provides feedback (e.g., correction needed, account not ready, waiting period such as unlocking the transfer market in EA FC), and then processes the order via automated API connections to suppliers.

5.6 Data Handling & Security

Order data is transmitted securely and encrypted. We do not store sensitive login data (e.g., game passwords) beyond what is technically required to deliver the Product. See Privacy Policy.

5.7 Delivery Time

Delivery usually occurs within minutes of payment confirmation but may vary due to Product type, Developer restrictions, Supplier availability, verification, or other factors. In any event, delivery will occur no later than within 24 hours from receipt of payment unless otherwise stated.

6.1 Prices

Product prices are shown at the time of ordering and may vary by Product, options, and payment method. Prices may change at any time prior to order completion.

6.2 Taxes (VAT and Other Duties)

MrGeek operates as an intermediary marketplace. Responsibility for VAT, sales tax, or other applicable duties rests with the User and/or the relevant supplier, depending on their country of residence or establishment. Users are responsible for compliance with their local tax laws. Prices displayed may or may not include VAT depending on Product and location.

6.3 Currencies & Exchange Rates

Multiple currencies may be supported depending on the payment provider. If a payment occurs in a different currency, the payment provider sets the exchange rate and any conversion fees. MrGeek is not responsible for exchange rate differences, conversion errors, or related costs.

6.4 Payment Methods

Availability of methods depends on your country and provider terms. We may add or remove methods at our discretion. You must comply with the chosen provider’s terms.

6.5 Payment Fees

Some methods may include transaction or conversion fees. Where possible, such fees are displayed before payment and are borne by you.

6.6 Discounts, Cashback, Free Gifts & Loyalty

We may offer discount codes, cashback, free coins/gifts, and loyalty or referral rewards. Promotions may be limited and can be withdrawn or modified at any time. Promotional credits/cashback are non-transferable, may expire, and are not redeemable for cash. Discounts cannot be applied after an order is placed.

6.7 Pricing/Availability Errors

If a Product is listed with incorrect information or price due to error or supplier issues, we may cancel the order and refund any amounts you paid.

7. Delivery & Fulfilment

7.1 Process

All Products are delivered digitally via automated systems connected by API to suppliers. Steps include data validation, feedback if corrections are needed, processing, and completion with confirmation.

7.2 Estimated Times

Times shown are estimates. Delays can occur due to game server instability/downtime, supplier delays, account restrictions (e.g., transfer market lock), verification, or incomplete information/cooperation by the User.

7.3 Limitations & Delays

We use reasonable efforts to deliver promptly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

7.4 Guarantees

Any guarantees are based on our experience and skills and do not create legal responsibility for in-game outcomes. See Section 9 for limitations of liability.

7.5 User Responsibility

Each game has its own rules and terms. You are responsible for compliance. See Section 10 for detailed obligations.

7.6 Scope of Services

We do not break or bypass in-game rules. Services operate within the market mechanisms and systems provided by the game Developers.

7.7 Non-Delivery & Refunds

If a Product cannot be delivered for reasons beyond your control, you may claim a refund. MrGeek guarantees a full refund in such cases (see Section 8).

8. Refunds & Cancellations

8.1 EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you generally have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw without reason. To exercise, send us a clear statement (email or letter). A model form is available on our Refund Policy page.

8.2 Digital Content Exception

Because Products are digital, the withdrawal right does not apply once delivery has begun and you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right when fulfilment starts (e.g., when you submit required in-game data or confirm delivery).

8.3 Full Refund for Non-Delivery

If delivery is impossible due to reasons beyond your control (e.g., supplier/technical issues, discontinued Product), you are entitled to a full refund.

9. Guarantees & Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Nature & Guarantees

We provide digital services using reasonable care and skill but do not guarantee specific in-game outcomes, rankings, or platform availability.

9.2 User Responsibility & Third-Party Rules

You are solely responsible for complying with game rules, EULAs, and platform terms. We are not liable for account actions taken by publishers (suspensions, bans, rollbacks) or for Developer changes (updates, patches, economy changes) affecting Products after delivery.

9.3 Third-Party Services & Downtime

Delivery and payments rely on suppliers, payment providers, and game servers. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third parties or outages/maintenance of external systems. We use reasonable efforts to mitigate issues.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss (including lost profits or data). Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (including outages, DDoS, supplier failures, regulatory actions, natural events, or labour disputes).

9.6 Non-Excludable Liabilities

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where unlawful to do so, including for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence, and your mandatory consumer rights.

9.7 Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or violations of game/platform rules when using the Products.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use encryption and appropriate security measures. Sensitive login information (e.g., game passwords) is used only for fulfilment and not retained beyond what is technically necessary. The Website may link to third-party sites (e.g., gaming companies, tutorials, YouTube). We are not responsible for external content, availability, or security, and linking does not imply endorsement.
